Wishing You A Terrific Christmas & New Year

It’s been a long and tiring year, but I’m looking forward to the start of another year of ministry. I don’t know about you, but I always look back at the year gone past at all the things I didn’t do or failed to do as a dad, as a husband and as a pastor. I guess the new year brings with it an opportunity to try to try to get things right … again.
Even as I try, I am thankful that God doesn’t measure us on the basis of our performance and works. I am even more thankful that Jesus has done it for me in his life, death and resurrection. I am always thankful for a fresh start with Jesus. I am thankful for God’s faithfulness to our family and the ministry the year gone past. We wouldn’t have got through 2007 without his strength, leading and grace.
